Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Worldwide tracked shipping. If a destination is not available at checkout, that country is not currently served.

2. How drops ship

WatchLarping runs as numbered, limited-edition drops. Production starts the day the drop closes at our workshop and continues until each unit has been built, quality-checked and packaged. Orders ship as units leave the workshop.

3. Delivery times — estimates only

Once an order has shipped, our typical delivery estimate is 6 to 14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. These figures are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • destination country and remoteness;
  • carrier capacity, public holidays, weekends;
  • customs clearance, customs inspections, payment of duties by the recipient;
  • weather events, strikes, force majeure;
  • address accuracy and recipient availability.

In any event, the maximum delivery time after shipping will not exceed thirty (30) days, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If delivery is delayed beyond this period, you may request shipment within an additional reasonable period; if delivery has still not occurred, you may cancel the affected portion of the order in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, and we will refund the corresponding amount.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout. For some drops, we may offer free worldwide tracked shipping; this is indicated on the product page.

5. Customs, duties & import taxes (outside the EU)

If you are shipping outside the European Union, local duties, import VAT and any other charges levied at customs are payable by the recipient at delivery and are not included in the order price. Typical amounts are 15–25% of the declared order value, depending on country, but may vary. Watchlarping has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance with certainty.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or refuse delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, we will refund the product price only, minus outbound shipping costs and any return-handling fees.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email. Please check your spam folder. If the link is not working, contact us at contact@watchlarping.com

7. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete and current shipping address. POPSTRAP is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or fraudulent shipping information you have provided. Any reshipping costs caused by an inaccurate address are at your own expense.

8. Risk transfer

Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon physical delivery to you or to a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). If you choose the carrier yourself, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

9. Lost parcels

If tracking indicates the parcel is lost, contact us within 30 days at contact@watchlarping.com so we can open a claim with the carrier. Resolution depends on carrier findings. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will, at our discretion, re-ship the order or refund it, subject to availability of the limited drop.
